Preliminary Programme
The Forum will take place within the context of Agenda 2030, and of opportunities for Russian and Ibero-American Universities to undertake bilateral and multi-lateral cooperation in the fields of Education and Research. The conference languages will be Russian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Simultaneous interpreting will be provided.
